This document provides parameters and guidelines for chaplains and candidates endorsed by the Evangelical Free Church of America (EFCA) with a specific vocational calling to serve in an institution (local, regional or state health care or correctional facilities, university, public service, community service, marketplace, etc.) or federal government (Federal Bureau of Prisons or Department of Veterans Affairs) setting. It provides an overview of the process to become endorsed and expectations while serving as an EFCA chaplain.
