This document provides parameters and guidelines for military chaplains and candidates desiring ecclesiastical endorsement by the Evangelical Free Church of America (EFCA) with a branch of the military (Army, Air Force or Navy) or their respective reserve components (i.e., Army National Guard, Air Guard and Reserves). It provides an overview of the process to become endorsed and expectations while serving as an EFCA chaplain.
